While we'd hate to false start here, word from former Ohio State left tackle (and new Pittsburgh Steeler) Mike Adams is that his linemate three year right tackle starter J.B. Shugarts could be headed to join Andrew Sweat in Cleveland:
The question largely remains whether or not he'll be able to stand the rain (or more like the lake effect snow), it is good to know that you can go home again (New Edition jokes aside, Shugarts is actually a Houston product, but would get to stay in his adopted second home state Ohio with the undrafted free agent deal).
Shugarts himself confirmed the move not long after:

Shugarts infamously struggled to win the affection of the Buckeye faithful with perpetual inconsistency, but at his best (particularly in many of his career Michigan games) Shugarts remained every bit the four/five star type he was when he was recruited by Ohio State back with the illustrious 'Brew Crew' class.
Best of luck to J.B. moving forward with the next chapter in his life.
