Vanderbilt Considering Dropping 2013 Ohio State Game?
You know, sometimes upstart teams can have too much success for their own good. Former perennial doormat Vanderbilt is thinking out loud about the potential of backing out of a 2013 trip to the Horseshoe. VU athletic director David Williams seems more intrigued by the possibility of opening with a conference game on national television Thursday night than having to make the 6 hour drive north to Columbus to take on Ohio State in a probable noon game. Per Bill Rabinowitz, OSU AD Gene Smith has not been contacted on the matter as of yet.
