With Christian Hackenberg shaken up to start the second half, the Buckeye's defense continued to have their way in the passing game. Facing a third down, Ryan Shazier was able to find his way into the backfield and force a punt.
Braxton Miller and the Buckeye's offense retook the field and right off the bat, Miller connected with Corey Brown for a first down. After that, the Nittany Lions stiffened and a forced a rare Ohio State punt.
