Ohio State is 'winning in a winter wonderland' in Nike commercial

Urban Meyer sings as Michigan State and Ohio State do battle in the snow.

Though it's but a fleeting appearance, Urban Meyer and the Ohio State football team appear in this Nike ad likely to be interrupting bowl season and ad breaks throughout your December television and online viewing alike.

Urban Meyer (off key naturally) sings "So get out and play" before Ohio State lines up in the trenches in the snow to go against their 2013 Big Ten Championship Game opponents, Michigan State, in a fictitious snow bowl setting in Ohio Stadium at night. As per NCAA regulations, the football players involved are but actors wearing the respective uniforms, but to put names to the current 2013 OSU football analogues, #13 (Kenny Guiton) completes a strike to #80 (Chris Fields).

The advertising campaign is designed to promote Nike's Hyperwarm collection, a dri-fit max fabric, streamlined fit set of undergarments that featured mesh panels for enhanced ventilation. Any of us who ever played a varsity sport in the conditions would certainly appreciate some added technological help from the experts at Nike.
