Ohio State self-reports 24 minor violations; NCAA stays losing
Per the Lantern, Ohio State self-reported 24 minor NCAA violations from the second half of 2013, the most of any Big Ten school that returned records. All of violations are minor, mostly in the accidental text or email variety. The dumbest? Illinois was docked because a university tutor loaned a book to a football player. Thank God somebody was around to prevent that.
