While Braxton Miller was announced "symptom-free" and expected to practice tomorrow, we'll have to see how he's feeling when push comes to shove. Whether or not he keeps him out of practice, Buckeye fans can rest easy knowing the Buckeyes have a solid back up ready to play at a moment's notice.
As for high school, the regular season schedule is starting to finish its run and the state playoffs are on the horizon. Let's see how some future Buckeyes did over the weekend:
DE Joey Bosa - St. Thomas Aquinas won big over Davie Nova and defensive lineman Joey Bosa played a large part throughout the game . Bosa had a key game, contributing two sacks, three tackles for loss and forced two fumbles that he recovered on his own. A dominating performance, to say the least.
ATH Jalin Marshall - Middletown defeated Hamilton 20-19 over the weekend. Jalin Marshall carried the ball 23 times for 135 yards and a touchdown, and completed 3 of 15 passes for 76 yards with one touchdown and one interception.
DE Tracy Sprinkle - Tracy Sprinkle is turning into a monster. The stat line from the game this weekend: 12 total tackles, 4 sacks, 3 quarterback hurries and a pass deflection. Sprinkle was all over on the defensive side of the ball, proving that stars don't always show talent.
ATH Ezekiel Elliott - Running back Ezekiel Elliott rushed for 205 yards on 28 carries and had two touchdowns as St. Louis (Mo.) Burroughs defeated Maplewood-Richmond Heights 34-6.
S Jayme Thompson - Defensive back Jayme Thompson made four tackles for his team as Toledo Central Catholic destroyed Toledo St. Francis DeSales 60-0.
OL Tim Gardner - Lawrence Central and offensive lineman Tim Gardner moved to 10-0 on the season with a 34-13 victory at home over Indianapolis Southport.

ATH Darron Lee - New Albany, with the help of Darron Lee, defeated Pataskala Watkins Memorial 34-7 as the Eagles won their seventh straight game.
DL Michael Hill - Pendleton and defensive tackle Michael Hill defeated Liberty 37-23 to move to 6-3 on the season, pushing their hopes forward for an appearance in the playoffs.
ATH Taivon Jacobs - District Heights Suitland defeated Bladensburg 35-0 this weekend. Wide receiver Taivon Jacobs caught five passes for 191 yards with a touchdown.
DL Billy Price - Austintown Fitch defeated Uniontown Lake 28-6 with the help of defensive lineman Billy Price, who had a fairly solid game with five tackles.
P Johnny Townsend - Orlando Boone and punter Johnny Townsend fell to defeat at the hands of Orlando Freedom 46-22. With the loss, Boone fell to 3-4 on the season. Townsend continues to earn high praise from the coaching staff, as they cite his ability to flip the field position in Boone's favor.
