Ohio State joined the rest of the country in finding Christmas presents under the tree this year. Marcelys Jones, a 4-star offensive lineman in the class of 2014, pulled the trigger Christmas day to commit to head coach Urban Meyer and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Jones had attended a couple Ohio State games this season and plans to be back in Columbus next month or a big junior day the weekend of Jan. 13 when the Ohio State basketball team hosts Michigan.

The 6'5", 325-pound Jones, plays offensive tackle for Cleveland-Glenville. He could play either tackle or guard for the Buckeyes. Along with an offer from Ohio State, Jones also had offers from Illinois and Indiana and a lot of interest from many other BCS programs including Michigan State, Iowa, Tennessee, Cincinnati and Louisville.

Jones is a 4-star prospect in the 247Sports rankings. He is the country's No. 92 class of 2014 prospect, the No. 7 offensive guard and the No. 3 prospect in Ohio. The offensive line is an essential part that the coaching staff wanted to focus on in 2014, despite recent commitments in the '12 and '13 classes.

Marcelys also noted that he "couldn't think of a reason not to commit to Ohio State". A tremendous addition to what could potentially end up being Coach Meyer's best class yet in Columbus. Below you can see Jones tweet to the nation the good news:
