Ohio State knows where they're headed for the 2015 and 2016 football seasons. The Big Ten released their 2015 and 2016 lots on Monday. They look as follows:
2015:
10/3 - at Purdue
10/10 - Penn State
10/17 - Michigan State
10/31 - at Minnesota
11/7 - Wisconsin
11/14 - at Illinois
11/21 - Indiana
11/28 - at Michigan
2016:
10/1 - Purdue
10/15 - at Michigan State
10/22 - Illinois
10/29 - at Penn State
11/5 - Minnesota
11/12 - at Wisconsin
11/19 - at Indiana
11/26 - Michigan
Thoughts after the jump.
Three out of five road games (including 2 straight before the UM finale) to end the 2016 season could be a real grind for the Buckeyes. While we can't and don't know what the future holds (even just 4 seasons away), at Wisconsin and against Michigan are probable to be real tests. The 2015 schedule would (absurdly prematurely) look navigable with the have's and have not's spaced fairly judiciously. It's a shame Ohio State and Nebraska won't see each other outside of a potential championship game matchup from 2013 through 2016. The Bucks also won't see Jim Tressel's old whipping boys from Evanston or perpetually trying Iowa in 2015 or 2016 outside of that possibility either.
By the way, the previously known 2013 and 2014 league schedules were:
2013:
9/28 - Wisconsin
10/5 - at Northwestern
10/19 - Iowa
10/26 - Penn State
11/2 - at Purdue
11/16 - at Illinois
11/23 - Indiana
11/30 - at Michigan
2014:
10/4 - Purdue
10/18 - at Iowa
10/25 - Northwestern
11/1 - at Wisconsin
11/8 - Illinois
11/15 - at Penn State
11/22 - at Indiana
11/29 - Michigan
