Ohio State's second game of the 2012 football season is upon us. Urban Meyer has gone to great lengths to make it known that the Central Florida Knights are a "whole other animal." Whether it's solely for his team's motivational purposes (during an already lost '12 football season) or if he's being spot on, their impressive opening season road win over in-state (and granted heavily rebuilding) Akron had all the looks of a better-than-non-BCS team. Meyer's also called their defensive line "Big Ten caliber" and spoken with great praise of both their run game and their multiple offense. Head coach George O'Leary, while no stranger to controversy, has built the Knights into a team fitting of their pending ascension into the Big East next season. It'll be up to Ohio State's linebacking corp (who Meyer graded out as sub-standard last week) to be at their very best to stop the onslaught of Storm Johnson and co. in the Knights' rushing game. Braxton Miller will have to be a week better too if Ohio State wants to continue to push envelope offensively and continue sating a fan base a few more weeks of last week's offensive explosion away from being spoiled. History's invitation to go 2-0 is here.
