Video: Trey Johnson commits to Ohio State at the Under Armour All-America Game

Watch 2013 4-star LB Trey Johnson, a former Auburn commit, make his verbal to Ohio State official at the 2013 Under Armour All-America Game.

2013 4-star linebacker Trey Johnson was one of those guys who committed early. Extremely early. As just a junior in high school to be, the electric Lawrenceville, Georgia prospect gave his verbal commitment to then Auburn head coach Gene Chizik and the Tigers. After Auburn's brow beating at the hands of SEC champions Alabama and Chizik's ultimate termination, Johnson would reopen his recruiting process.

Urban Meyer and Luke Fickell, Johnson's personal recruiter and potential future position coach, swooped in and put on the full court press. Ultimately Johnson's decision would come down to Florida and the Buckeyes, but with the Gators not having any real room to suit Johnson, the decision was easy.

Friday night, during the 2013 Under Armour All-America Game, Johnson made things officially official: he's going to be an Ohio State Buckeye in 2013 and beyond. See how the verbal commitment came to fruition in the video above.
