According to a leaked Big Ten scheduling document (which the league promptly took down after they became aware it was end user facing but was later preserved by Penn State student paper, The Daily Collegian), Ohio State's schedule 2020/2021 home-and-home with Boston College has been delayed two years.
Ohio State had been scheduled to play host to the Eagles September 19th, 2020, and then make the return trip the following year, September 18th, 2021, to Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Now, per the document, the Buckeyes will host BC September 2nd, 2023 and visit the Boston Metro Area August 31st, 2024 instead.
Some of the big take aways from the leaked schedule document includes UCLA and Michigan agreeing to a home-and-home in the early 2020's, a potential Florida/Michigan neutral site game, as well as a possible Penn State/LSU neutral field contest. It also appears as though future scheduled Maryland/Notre dame games have been canceled.
