The 3-star WR/S announced on the social media service Twitter Monday evening that he was reopening his recruitment.

While this won't come as too much of a surprise given the recent revealing of his intents to visit other schools, 3-star ATH Lonnie Johnson has officially decommitted from Ohio State. Johnson is expected to visit Western Michigan and first year head coach P.J. Fleck November 16th as well as Cincinnati, who is also recruiting his cousin Jon 'Vea Johnson, a fellow wide receiver/safety.

Johnson, a 3-star WR/S  from Gary, Indiana, originally committed to Ohio State back on May 12th. He'd taken an official visit to the Buckeyes' Central Ohio campus a little more than a month earlier and had spoke favorably about Urban Meyer's Bucks leading for his services not long there after.

Whether Johnson's decommiment is the byproduct of a change of heart, his desire to go somewhere he feels is a better fit, or something else entirely, we wish him the best. Our Miles Joseph predicts Johnson to land with the Cincinnati Bearcats when everything's said and done.
