Ohio State-Marquette Score Update: 19-19 at the half

The Buckeyes started off slow missing their first 6 shot attempts, but are tied with Marquette 19-19 at the half. Both teams struggled to find an offensive rhythm early on, as both teams shot under 30% from the field.

The Buckeyes' attack was led by Lenzelle Smith Jr. who leads Ohio State with 5 points.  The Bucks got a boost off the bench from forward Sam Thompson, who has pulled in 6 boards.

Todd Mayo and Davante Gardner have lead the charge for the Golden Eagles combining for 13 points and 7 rebounds.  Coach Buzz Williams should look to these two key players in the second half if the Eagles want to maintain their lead.  The second half may be more of a struggle for the Eagles as starting forward Jamil Wilson left the first half with a possible injury.
