A highly-anticipated start to the season from fans of college basketball were not disappointed. Whether you were focused on the Michigan State Spartans taking control over one of the most hyped recruiting classes by Kentucky in recent memory or the great duel between the powerhouses Duke and Kansas, which featured two of the players that are likely to be selected at the top of the NBA Draft in Jabari Parker and Andrew Wiggins, turned out to be everything fans wanted and more.
Now with these first round of games played, college basketball moves on to the next week and gets set for other great games such as Memphis at Oklahoma State, and perhaps more upsets similar to Michigan falling to Iowa State or North Carolina losing to Belmont.
