Ohio State looks to take their national long winning streak to 21 and overcome recent struggles in West Lafayette against Purdue.

No one is more tired of all the recent failures in West Lafayette than the Ohio State football team – and today the Buckeyes get the chance to make up for past stumbles.

While the Buckeyes are 31-point favorites, it's hard for most OSU devotees to shake a creeping feeling in the back of their minds going back to 2009 and 2011. But on paper, this game isn't anything like those. Purdue is particularly dreadful in former Ohio State assistant Darrell Hazell's first season at the helm, and the Buckeyes, especially in the wake of a 63-14 victory over Penn State, appear to be clicking on all cylinders. Though a win's a win, even a failure to cover would contextually feel like a disappointment.
