Following in the footsteps of Curtis Samuel, 4-star Cleveland Glenville product Marcelys Jones joined in those taking advantage of a new rule interpretation that allows student athletes to enter into non-binding (for the student) scholarship agreements. Jones is free to still talk to other schools and even to sign elsewhere, but Ohio State has to honor his scholarship.
