According to Jeremy Birmingham, 2015 CB Jamel Dean is the second member of Ohio State's 2015 recruiting class. A retweet by Dean on the social media service Twitter would seem to confirm the news.
Dean follows in the foot steps of highly touted Ohio product Eric Glover-Williams in starting off the Buckeyes' recruiting class for next year. Dean is a 6'1 180 pound cornerback from Cocoa, Florida. Dean checks in as the 16th best cornerback in the class, the 23rd best player from the state of Florida, and the 179th best overall player in the class of 2015, per the 247 Composite rankings.
Dean was also considering the home state Florida Gators, Miami Hurricanes, and the SEC's Mississippi State Bulldogs. After beating the arch rival Wolverines on Saturday and being unveiled as the #2 ranked team in the second to last ever BCS standings earlier this evening, this caps a pretty solid weekend for Urban Meyer, Mark Pantoni, and company.
