In a unique, behind the scenes glimpse into the first hand world of recruiting, the family of Ohio State commit 4-star St Louis, MO product running back Ezekiel Elliott shows us just what it was like for Elliott to visit both OSU and Missouri. Put together by Elliott's father, we're able to vicariously take a guided tour through the facilities in both Columbus and Columbia.
The Missouri visit, which come some of Buckeye faithful off guard, was more of a chance for Elliott to be sure beyond any reasonable doubt that the home state Tigers wasn't the place for him. While Elliott has been loyal to the Buckeyes since first committing April 1st of 2012, both of his parents are Missouri alumni, and the visit was able to serve as the perfect opportunity for him to get one last visit in before he capped off his recruitment.
Elliott is still widely projected to be a Buckeye when everything's said and done and this video still provides an excellent look into some of the sights a high profile recruit gets when they tour major conference schools. For those still experiencing trepidations about Elliott's standings with the Buckeye, he father included a still of him and Buckeyes coach at the end with the caption "Thank you Coach Meyer for raising our standard for what greatness looks like". Take that for what you will.
