Ohio State-Buffalo, Ohio State-San Diego State kickoff times, TV schedules set

Courtesy of Ohio State, we now know when the Buffalo and San Diego State games will kickoff and where you can watch them.

The Ohio State University announced Friday that their season opener against the University of Buffalo of the MAC (#MACtion) August 31st would officially kick off at noon ET. The game will be carried on ESPN2 (channel 1302 HD on Time Warner Columbus).

An athletic department spokesman also announced that the September 7th game against San Diego State of the Mountain West will take place 3:30 p.m. ET. The home game will be on ABC-ESPN2 regional coverage, where those in the Ohio/Midwest will likely see the game on ABC (channel 1006 HD on Time Warner Columbus), while the rest of the country will see the game on ESPN2 as well.

The kick times and TV carriers have yet to be determined for the home games against Florida A&M as well as road games against Purdue, Illinois, and Michigan. We know Saturday September 14th's big road game at Cal will be 7:00 p.m. ET on FOX (4:00 p.m. Pacific time locally, channel 1008 in Columbus) while the September 28th game against Wisconsin, the October 5th game at Northwestern, and the October 26th game against Penn State will all be at 8:00 p.m. ET on the ESPN family of networks (either ABC, ESPN, or ESPN2). Homecoming, October 19th against Iowa, will take place at 3:30 p.m. ET and also be broadcast on ABC, ESPN, or ESPN2.
