Class of 2015 offensive lineman Gabe Megginson recently told Land-Grant Holy Land that receiving an offer from Ohio State would be unbelievable. Well, the 6-5 295 pound Jacksonville, Illinois native might find himself in consideration for just that after attending and impressing at the Buckeyes recent Friday Night Lights camp " Friday Night Lights was awesome" Megginson stated. "The competition and the intensity there really stood out to me".
Megginson, a member of the Core6 Athletes family, already holds offers from Big Ten counterparts Illinois and Wisconsin, to name a few, and had nothing but great things to say about his time spent under the lights of the Horseshoe. "I attended camps at Vanderbilt, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Notre Dame, Illinois State and this one was the most intense and one of the more exciting ones," he said. "The coaching staff was awesome; they are great coaches".
That was an awesome camp

Speaking of the coaching staff, Gabe got some reassuring words from one of Urban Meyer's top assistants while at camp as well."I spoke with Coach Vrabel and his assistant, Coach Oghobaase. They both said I did great and they are going to stay in touch and start really recruiting me."
This might not be the last time he makes a trip to the 614 as the former NFL linebacker Vrabel told the Jacksonville High junior to be he would love to have him back for one of the Buckeyes football games this season. With the staff looking to add depth to the offensive line in both the 2014 and 2015 recruiting classes, Megginson, should be a name to keep an eye on for 2015.
