The Ohio State men's basketball program finds themselves in unfamiliar territory â at least from a 2013-2014 schedule vantage. The Buckeyes look to bounce back from a difficult overtime loss in East Lansing, but standing in their way is a more than game Fran McCaffery and the University of Iowa.
LaQuinton Ross was a venerable non-factor against Sparty but will likely need to be back on his game to counteract the offensive contributions of Iowa star Roy Devyn Marble. Amir Williams will need to continue being the improved '13/14 version we've seen in the early goings than the one from the last two seasons given the Hawkeyes' strength in the interior. And Marc Loving will need to show he's growing up in a hurry, as the Buckeyes could very conceivably go back to the well to see how he handles moving on from some of the mental mistakes he made down the stretch against Tom Izzo's bunch.
