Last summer, talented freshman tight end Marcus Baugh quickly found himself in the dog house after picking up an underage consumption charge. Baugh is now in legal hot water again, as he was hit with another underage consumption charge, for an incident that occurred on January 17th. Additionally, Kyle Rowland of Eleven Warriors, who first reported the incident, is reporting that Baugh has found himself suspended indefinitely.
Per the police report, the alcohol related incident occurred near 5th and Dennison. Baugh will be arraigned at 9:00 AM on January 27th.
The Buckeyes still have plenty of other tight ends on the roster. Jeff Heuerman returns for his senior year along with junior-to-be Nick Vannett. Ohio State offered 3-star ATH David Njoku earlier Tuesday who some believe could also project to tight end. Time will tell if Baugh can survive another brush with the law in order to keep his name on that list.
