Rutgers has had a taste of Big Ten play in their first season with a new conference, but now are traveling to Columbus to take on the class of the league in Ohio State. With both teams riding winning streaks and only having one loss, this is an important game for both teams as they try to earn their way to a berth in the Big Ten Championship game.

Rutgers has been a bit of a surprise in terms of their success this season, as many projected the Scarlet Knights to trend more towards the bottom of the conference. With their only loss coming on a close 13-10 game against Penn State, Rutgers will look to quarterback Gary Nova to help give them a good shot at making some noise in the Big Ten East.

Ohio State comes in riding the hot arm of J.T. Barrett who is among the national leaders in pass completion rate for the past three weeks as the Buckeyes have bounced back from their loss to Virginia Tech in the second week of the season. After dismantling Maryland, Ohio State heads home to host the Scarlet Knights and looks to continue their string of success.
