Ever since Urban Meyer and co. came strolling into Columbus, the Ohio State football team have flipped more committed prospects in short order than we saw in the entire Tressel era.
Just a month and change removed from getting Cleveland Benedictine standout linebacker Jerome Baker to switch from Florida to Ohio State, class of 2015 offensive tackle Branden Bowen has now spurned his home-state Utah Utes, and one time Urban Meyer assistant Kyle Whittingham for the Buckeyes.
After having to switch his official visit date around a few times, the 6'7 330 pounder finally made it back to the Ohio State campus earlier this season. Having held OSU in high regard for quite sometime, the Buckeyes must have knocked his latest trip to Columbus out of the park for him to commit not long after decommitting from Utah.
Bowen is a three-star prospect is now the 22nd class of 2015 recruit and fourth offensive lineman to jump aboard the Elite '15 train, joining Grant Schmidt, and Kevin Feder, and Matthew Burrell.
According to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, Bowen is currently the 84th offensive tackle and 781st overall recruit in the senior class.
