The Ohio State weekend visitor list seems to be growing by the hour. One of the latest prospects set to make the trip to Columbus is class of 2015 defensive back Kareem Orr of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who will be returning to Central Ohio after already attending the three day camp over the summer, Friday Night Lights and the Indiana game last season.
"I have been up there (OSU) a few times so I'm just going up there for a spring practice." Orr a three star prospect and the 247Sports Composite Rankings 60th cornerback in the country, told Land-Grant Holy Land of his upcoming Saturday visit to OSU.
Earning All-State honors after racking up 1,700 all purpose yards and 15 touchdowns on offense and snagging five interceptions, returning multiple for Notre Dame High scores, Orr has received scholarship offers from the likes of Duke, East Carolina and Middle Tennessee State, but didn't shy away from sharing what exactly an Ohio State offer would mean to him.
"I hear from Coach Coombs and Coach Hinton often and they just tell me to come visit and work hard in the off season. A Buckeye offer to me would mean a lot knowing that one of my good friends Vonn Bell is there. I'd probably commit. Orr said. "OSU football to me means tradition. They have a wonderful program up there that I like a lot."
Orr, who wants to major Business once he reaches college doesn't just have plans to visit OSU but also Memphis next weekend, East Carolina on April 15th and would like to check out Middle Tennessee State sometime soon but has yet to set a date just yet.
