During his official visit to Columbus, Austin Grandstaff became the third commitment of the Ohio State class 2015, joining Dayton Dunbar point guard AJ Harris, and fellow lone star state standout Mickey Mitchell.
Announcing his decision on Twitter earlier this afternoon, the one time Oklahoma State commit, adds a deadly shooter from deep to Thad Matta's OSU roster. Not just great from downtown, the 6'5 190 pound, Grandstaff also shows great vision, finding teammates open for buckets with ease.
Before he decided to end his recruitment today, Austin held many offers from programs spread out across the country. Florida, Oklahoma, Oregon, Michigan, Arizona, Iowa State, Maryland, Washington and UNLV are just a few of teams that were after the Rockwall, Texas native.
