Just like almost every weekend, the Ohio State football program had a group of recruits on campus. A few of the talented prospects who made it to Columbus over the weekend, were 2015 offensive lineman Andre James, and 2016 recruits, quarterback Dwayne Haskins, and running back George Hill.
Hill's visit turned into a big one. While on campus, mixing it up with the coaching staff on Saturday, The 6'0 185 pound, junior from Hubbard became Urban Meyer and crew's first verbal commitment of 2016, after having the Buckeyes in front since receiving an offer earlier this spring.
Hill, who is more of a speedster than a bruiser, has the ability to break it to the house every time the ball is in his hands, and shouldn't have a problem finding early playing time in a ton of different ways when he reaches Columbus.
Playing in the same backfield as 2015 OSU target Larry Scott, George rushed for well over 1,000 yards, and scored 15 touchdowns to help Hubbard to a 12-1 record.

Francois to announce:
Class of 2015 quarterback Deondre Francois announced via Twitter on Saturday afternoon that he will be picking between Oregon, Florida State, Auburn, Tennessee, Ohio State, and Notre Dame at his school later this month:
Will be committing at IMG at the end of next month. Stay tuned for a date. Top schools ⬇️ pic.twitter.com/GfpEYCJn8E

Francois, the sixth dual threat signal caller, and 153rd overall prospect in the 2015 class, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, trimmed his list to six, after obtaining over 20 full ride scholarship offers throughout the recruiting process.
Even though Ohio State made the cut, don't look for Deondre to end up in the Buckeyes' Elite 15 recruiting class, as it seems the Florida State Seminoles have the inside track for his commitment at the moment.
Lattimore named MVP:
Before moving into his dorm, one member of the Dream '14 suited up in the Inaugural Ohio vs Michigan Border Classic All-Star game on Saturday afternoon. Future OSU defensive back Marshon Lattimore, was one of the only bright spots his Team Ohio squad.
Lining up at wide receiver, Lattimore hauled in eight passes for 99 yards, in a 27-14, loss to Team Michigan. His effort on the field didn't go unnoticed, as he was named Offensive MVP for his efforts.
Soon after the game, the Cleveland Plain Dealer caught up with Marshon:
Bucks offer 2016 standouts:
With college basketball coaches now allowed to contact 2016 recruits, you know a few offers were going to be dealt out on Sunday. Of course Thad Matta and the Buckeyes were in the mix.
Per reports, Matta and OSU offered Medina big man Jon Teske while he was in Columbus participating in the team camp. The 6'11, Teske, how holds scholarship offers from the Bucks, Dayton, and Michigan.

Teske wasn't the only offer Ohio State handed out, as they also threw a hat in Jermaine Haley's ring. A bigger guard at 6'7, Haley has a chance to be one of the top overall players in the class of 2016. Already putting together a solid offer list, OSU, Gonzaga, Memphis, Illinois, Utah, and Oregon are just a few of the teams currently after the Canadian guard.
Here are some highlights of Jermaine Haley in action:
