The Buckeyes are looking to finish strong in this years recruiting cycle with a little over than 5 months until National Signing Day. But they are also looking to find commit number three for the 2016 class to join Tyler Gerald and George Hill.

Yesterday, Ohio State sent an offer to '16 CB Damar Hamlin of Central Catholic (PA). Hamlin was at Ohio State at the end of July to participate in the Friday Night Lights camp. The four-star prospect currently holds offers from Ohio State, Penn State, Pittsburgh and Temple. Hamlin is receiving interest from Clemson, Michigan State, Northwestern and Stanford as well. The 6'0, 175-pounder is ranked as the 128th player in his class, the 12th at his position and the third in the state of Pennsylvania. Hamlin is currently projected to wind up at Penn State, where he has already visited four times.

On Sept. 6, the Buckeyes will play host to the Virginia Tech Hokies but that's not all. They will also be playing host to many of the top recruits in the nation and two more names were confirmed on Wednesday. '15 LB Justin Hilliard, who committed to Ohio State back in July, will be in attendance and will be in the ears of many of those players.

One of the many visitors that Hilliard will be recruiting is '16 DE Nick Bosa. Bosa will join the likes of Lawrence Cager, Torrance Gibson, Damien Harris, Jacques PatrickJosh Sweat, Kevin Toliver (LSU commit) and many more. Ohio State is currently is the drivers seat for Bosa, who is the brother of star Buckeye DE Joey Bosa. The younger Bosa brother is currently a five-star prospect and is the No. 1 weak-side defensive end in the class. He also comes in at 22nd in the country and third in the state of Florida. This will be Nick's fifth visit to check out Ohio State.

Unfortunately, '16 WR Sam Bruce will not be among the big recruiting weekend at the beginning of next month. Bruce, who is now apart of the Miami Hurricane's 2016 class, was planning on being in Columbus but will no longer make the trip. The Buckeyes offered Bruce back in January of this year and have yet to get him on campus and that won't change anytime soon.

The Buckeyes received their third mid-year agreement on Wednesday. '15 LB Nick Conner joined '15 DE Jashon Cornell and '15 CB Jamel Dean as commits to sign the agreement. This will allow Ohio State to have enhanced contact with the Dublin Scioto (OH) standout. Conner gave his pledge to the Buckeyes back in June upon receiving an offer.

Finally, '15 WR K.J. Hill will announce his collegiate decision on Friday. The North Little Rock (AR) pass catcher will make his decision between Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Notre Dame and Ohio State. The Razorbacks are the expected landing spot for the four-star receiver.
