In case you've in space all offseason and missed everything, Penn State has been in the news a lot this offseason. From James Franklin cruitin' up a storm, to throwing shade at Maryland and Rutgers (and showing NO REGARD to state boundaries) to a new athletic director, and more, change is coming to State College.
