Ohio State has released their depth chart for the Week 4 matchup Saturday evening against Cincinnati. After the win over Kent State and then following that with a bye, there were some slight changes at some of the positions, but most positions of consequence remain static.
Beginning on the line, Kyle Dodson slots in as the third string left tackle, while freshman Demetrius Knox appears at guard for the first time this season. Billy Price and Pat Elflein swap positions back for this week's UC game.
Pat Elflein's rotational importance can't be understated as he's now listed as the backup center in addition to his responsibilities at right guard.
Chase Farris gets the nod at not only right guard, but right tackle as well.
There are no changes at the skill positions after a strong offensive showing against Kent State this past week.
Freshman Jayln Holmes, who Urban Meyer has spoken highly of recently, appears on the depth chart this week behind redshirt freshman Tyquan Lewis and Joey Bosa. Rashad Frazier moves from DT to DE and Donovan Munger is no longer an OR backup with him. As expected Noah Spence is no longer on the Buckeyes' depth chart.
