Buckeye students would likely have taken a celebratory plunge into Mirror Lake if it was just a few weeks earlier. Alas, with the lake frozen, per ESPN's Kaylee Hartung, students instead decided to take their victory lap at storied Ohio Stadium:
Mirror Lake frozen... Students actually just climbed the gates at The Shoe. Told goal posts are already down. pic.twitter.com/zLCi1yBs8i

Bless the hearts of the hardworking people of the Columbus (and Ohio State campus) police department. We imagine it's going to be a long one:
Campus police had to resort to pepper spraying students trying to force gates of The Shoe open. Kids flushing eyes with snow.
