Ohio State vs. Michigan 2015 live game updates: Time, TV schedule, and how to watch

The football Buckeyes are national champions. Can the basketball team sustain that program momentum against their hated rivals?

Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

This is probably the best time for the basketball team to fly a little under the radar. After their second avoidable conference loss of the season, a listless loss at Indiana thanks to a horrific shooting night and bad free throw shooting, fans could be frustrated with Thad Matta's squad. Buuuuut, the football team just won a national title, so the mood is going to pretty triumphant in Columbus no matter what.

The basketball team has a chance to sustain that momentum again, by beating their hated rival, Michigan, at home tonight. The Wolverines have struggled this season, losing to Eastern Michigan and something else called an NJIT, but th Wolverines have a better Big Ten record than Ohio State. If the Buckeyes still want to contend for the top of the table in league play, this is a must win.

Follow along with us to see if Ohio State can shoot better than 25% from downtown, and if they're able to pick up a big, emotional win.
