We are now officially 14 days away from National Signing Day 2015. As of now, Ohio State ranks as the seventh-best recruiting class in college football and the No. 1 class in the Big Ten. With only two weeks left, the Buckeyes will be looking to add a few more names to the fold.

Orr names leaders, announces visit:

Back in the middle of December, I spoke to a prospect that said he was receiving interest from Ohio State but didn't officially have an offer from the Scarlet and Gray at the time. Just three days after winning the national championship against Oregon, Buckeye coaches stopped by Notre Dame High School in Tennessee to see '15 CB Kareem Orr. One day after making the visit, Ohio State finally extended an offer to the three-star prospect.

While receiving the offer from the Buckeyes, Orr was in Tempe (AZ) checking out the Sun Devils' campus on an official visit. Three days after the visit to Arizona State, Orr put them at the top of his list, according to Barton Simmons of 247Sports. With only one official visit left, Ohio State was just hoping to get an opportunity to convince Orr that Columbus is the place for him. On Wednesday, Orr announced that the Buckeyes will get that last official.

As you can see, the Buckeyes will have the last opportunity to showcase their program to the 6'0, 185-pound cornerback. It will be a big recruiting weekend for Ohio State with plenty of big-name prospects on campus, as well as the Championship celebration. If the Buckeyes can land Orr on February 2nd, he would join a 2015 defensive back group that includes Carlton Davis, Jamel Dean, Eric Glover-Williams, Joshua Norwood, and Denzel Ward.

Walker to visit:

At halftime of the 42-20 national championship victory over the Ducks, the nation's No. 1 running back from the 2016 class, Kareem Walker, announced his commitment to Ohio State. Yesterday, the five-star prospect announced that he would fly out to Columbus on Friday to visit.

Walker also took to Twitter to say that Buckeye coaches stopped by his school Wednesday to give him a visit. Ohio State is extremely pleased with landing Walker and they are serious about building a great relationship with him. Coaches from OSU have visited the New Jersey prospect multiple times since receiving his pledge.

Coaches check in on Florida prospects:

Walker wasn't the only prospect to get a visit from Buckeyes coaches. Chris Ash and Kerry Coombs headed down to the Sunshine State to check in with some of Florida's best underclassmen. One definite stop was to St. Thomas Aquinas High School to see '15 CB Damon Arnette, '16 DE Nick Bosa, and '17 WR Trevon Grimes. Arnette is a South Carolina commit that will visit Columbus on the 30th. As for Bosa and Grimes, the Buckeyes are in great position to land both.

Bucks in good shape for Upshur?

Rivals.com's National Recruiting Director Mike Farrell sent out an interesting tweet about a big-time 2016 prospect on Wednesday.

Farrell believes that the Buckeyes have currently placed themselves in a good position for '16 TE Naseir Upshur from Imhotep Institute (PA). Farrell went as far as to say the Buckeyes may be a favorite of Upshur's, along with Miami (FL).

It may be considered a surprise at this point because the consensus opinion was that the Buckeyes were already in good position with '16 TE's Luke Farrell and Jake Hausmann. But now, Upshur is another name to keep an eye on. At the moment, Ohio State is hoping to add two tight ends in the 2016 recruiting class.
