Top prospects predict who will win the Ohio State-Michigan State game

You aren't the only one pumped up for the Spartans and Buckeyes.

Mike Carter-USA TODAY Sports

Urban Meyer and the undefeated Buckeyes face their toughest competition of the season on Saturday when they battle with the Spartans of Michigan State. With so much excitement surrounding the game, Michigan State and Ohio State fans aren't the ones looking forward to see which team comes out on top, so are top prospects from across the country.

Land-Grant Holy Land caught up with the following recruits, and had them break down their thoughts on Saturday's game.

2017 OSU commit Todd Sibley

Thoughts: "I am looking forward to seeing a old fashion hard fought Big 10 game. I think OSU needs to get their playmakers more touches on the offensive side of the ball to pull out a W."

Prediction: Ohio State, 42-28

2016 MSU commit Joe Bachie

Thoughts: "This game is huge obviously, but being an Ohio State fan my entire life and rooting for them I have been trying my best to get rid of that and be all with MSU. I believe this game will see what MSU is all about and how tough they are because OSU is still at the top of the food chain. MSU needs to create turnovers defensively and slow the game down offensively I believe."

Prediction: Michigan State, 31-24

2016 ATH Myles Dorn

Thoughts: "I'm excited just to get on campus and see what it's like first hand."

Prediction: Ohio State, 35-10

2016 ATH Jonah Morris

Thoughts: "I pretty much just expect a hard fought game, and let the better team win. It's going to come down to who wants it more. It should be a good one."

Prediction: "I don't have a prediction, but I do think it's going to be a dog fight."

2017 LB Santino Marchiol

Thoughts: "I am very excited to attend this big time matchup and watch Ohio State dominate this Saturday. I am also excited to see how the linebackers of Ohio State play against this Michigan State offense that is typically more run oriented and play within the box. I feel OSU will be prepared and win this game."

Prediction: Ohio State, 31-7

2016 DB Antoine Winfield Jr.

Thoughts: "I'm excited to see Ohio State go up against a good offense and see what they can do."

Prediction: Ohio State, 24-21

2017 DT Fred Hansard

Thoughts: "I want to see how both lines play and which quarterback is going to play better and how the wild Ohio State fans could effect Michigan State."

Prediction: Ohio State, 35-21

2017 DB Jaylen Kelly-Powell

Thoughts: "This game is tough to call. I'm a little disappointed that I won't be able to make it to the game. I have a game at the same time."

Prediction: No prediction

2018 OL Jackson Carman

Thoughts: "It's a great coach vs a great coach. To be honest I want to see who outsmarts the other."

Prediction: Ohio State, 28-24
