Ohio State's punter and kicker could fly them to the Fiesta Bowl. Probably

Cam Johnston 'bout to land the plane at the one yard line.

Though there's an argument to be made that he was snubbed for first team All-Big Ten specialist honors, that doesn't mean Ohio State punter Cam Johnston isn't still capable of putting the team on his back when he needs to:

Don't worry myself and Sean will get you to Arizona safely! #incaseofanemergency #specialistair

Does he or kicker Sean Nuernberger (pictured to his right) have any real aviation experience? Almost assuredly not.

But with Johnston wrapping up a season that saw him have multiple games with four punts inside the 20 and Nuernberger battling back from losing the starting kicking job in camp to reclaim it late in the season, is there anyone whose hands the team would be safer in?

The Buckeyes' charter flight's actual pilots you say? Okay. Fair enough.

Ohio State arrives in Phoenix this afternoon at 4:30 p.m. local time and take on Notre Dame New Year's Day at 1 p.m. ET.
