Ohio State's Nathan Tomasello wins 125-pound NCAA title

Nathan Tomasello wins Ohio State's first individual national championship of the night.

The rich keep getting richer. Already the team national champions, the Ohio State wrestling team has its first individual champion of the 2015 NCAA wrestling tournament.

Way back in October when Ohio State named three freshmen captains, some around the wrestling world raised their eyebrows. Now, with his 9-5 victory over West Virginia's Zeke Moisey, Nathan Tomasello is the first of these three captains to win a national championship (Bo Jordan finished third and Kyle Snyder was runner-up). Tomasello was dominant throughout the weekend, earning bonus points in three of his five wins,  and is a big part of the reason why Ohio State has clinched its first-ever team championship.

His path to the title included a win over No. 1 seed Alan Waters of Missouri and three bonus-point victories in the fist three rounds.
