The second pre-National Signing Day domino appears to have fallen for Ohio State Tuesday afternoon for Urban Meyer and Buckeye recruiting brain trust.
Three-star Louisville, KY cornerback Rodjay Burns tweeted that despite plenty of speculation -- including some statements from Burns himself that gave plenty of fuel to the fire -- Burns would be honoring his commitment to Ohio State.
Originally a Louisville commit, there'd been plenty of thinking that Burns might elect to stay close to home and play for Bobby Petrino in the Cardinals after all.

Though plenty can happen between now and in less than 24 hours when the faxes start to come in, it would be appear that Burns will be part of the Buckeyes' 2016 recruiting class after all.
