Urban Meyer wouldn't mind copying Michigan's Florida spring break trip

Could we see the Buckeyes practice in Florida next spring?

In speaking with Sara Perlman of WUFT News on Tuesday, Ohio State Buckeyes head coach Urban Meyer expressed his interest in holding spring practice in Florida in 2017, as Jim Harbuagh and the Michigan Wolverines did this spring.

Said practices drew a lot of attention to Harbaugh and Michigan, and while such an event is hardly a deal-breaker for recruits, it certainly didn't hurt to give many talented targets an easy chance to see the Wolverines practice.

Meyer admitted to seeing the benefits of the trip in speaking with Perlman.

If Ohio State did decide to do this, Meyer would of course be returning to familiar grounds, havnig coached the Florida Gators from 2005 to 2010. While it would surely draw the ire of SEC coaches, it could end up being a helpful recruiting tool (if the NCAA doens't disallow these transplant practices before then).
