We learned earlier today that Ohio State's opener against Bowling Green would take place on Big Ten Network at noon eastern time, and now we have learned details of the following week.
The Buckeyes will be taking on the Tulsa Golden Hurricane on September 10 at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC, according to Mark D. Rudner at BTN. This will be the first meeting between the schools, and will be played at Ohio Stadium. The Golden Hurricane finished 6-7 last season with a 3-5 record in the American Athletic Conference. They put up a good fight against Virginia Tech in the 2015 Camping World Independence Bowl, but ultimately lost 55-52.
Ohio State will be sure to utilize their games against Bowling Green and Tulsa as warmups for their big matchup against the Oklahoma Sooners in Norman on September 17. It'll be helpful with a bunch of new faces lining up on both sides of the field.
No matter what time of day this kicks off, Ohio State and Tulsa should combine for plenty of points, so go ahead and plan your schedule accordingly.
