Ohio State will not set the national spring game attendance record for a third straight season. Due to renovation to Ohio Stadium’s C-Deck, plus a 20% chance of rain, the Buckeyes are going to have at least 20% less fans than the 100,000+ they’ve showcased each of the past two seasons. But plenty of Buckeye faithful should be around Saturday, rain or shine, as the 2017 Ohio State football season gets underway.

The Buckeye football program announced Friday that tickets were no longer being sold for Saturday’s event with over 82,000 accounted for. OSU students with a valid student ID and children under 6 will be admitted additionally free with no purchase necessary.

In recent years, proceeds from the annual exhibition contest have been split up between local charities.

If you're making your way to campus, parking is free in the lots surrounding Ohio Stadium and on campus other than the West stadium lot. Gates open at 10:30 a.m. with the game set for around a 12:30-12:45 p.m. start.
