Spring practice is in the books, which means we’re officially in the lull of the offseason. And you know what that means? Satellite camps.
It appears the Buckeyes will be camping in Houston this summer, on the campus of Texas Southern. At least, according to the Texas Southern coaching staff.

Texas Southern, an FCS school that competes in the SWAC, is located in Houston, prime recruiting territory for Ohio State, a school that has made recruiting in Texas a bigger priority in recent years.
Buckeye 2018 targets like five-star cornerback Anthony Cook and four-star wideout Brennan Eagles, are Houston kids.
The Buckeyes aren’t going to do what Michigan did, and participate in a massive, cross-country camping tour, but they are going to pick their spots. They camped in the Dallas-Fort Worth area last year, along with in Florida, and may participate in other camps near major targets in 2018 and 2019 for this season.
