On Wednesday night, the Ohio State men’s basketball team opened up their season with an impressive 64-56 win over the Cincinnati Bearcats. The Buckeye win spoiled the christening of Cincy’s newly renovated Fifth Third Arena. In the game, the new look Buckeyes saw four players reach double-digits led by sophomore forward Kaleb Wesson’s 15.
Freshman Luther Muhammad contributed 11 points in the first game of his collegiate career, while Wake Forest graduate transfer Keyshawn Woods played 27 minutes and turned in 4 points and 5 assists — the latter leading the team.
