In the latest “Why is this News?” edition of the “Hangout in the Holy Land” podcast, co-hosts Matt Tamanini and Alexis Chassen catch up on all of the biggest Buckeye stories that from the past week.
They speculate about how the return of Urban Meyer to Buckeye practice this week could impact his team on the field, first for Saturday’s game against Rutgers, but more importantly for next week against No. 16 TCU. They also go through the injury reports for both Ohio State and Rutgers, as Buckeye fans are hoping to see more of Tuf Borland and Jordan Fuller, while the Scarlet Knights could be without three of their top six defensive backs.
In addition to running through the non-revenue sports schedule for the weekend, Matt and Alexis also give their score predictions for the football game, and talk about how much fun Dwayne Haskins and the 2018 team is compared to previous ones under Jim Tressel and Urban Meyer.
And finally, Alexis makes a bold prediction about this season’s team in comparison to the 2014 Buckeyes and 2017 Philadelphia Eagles.
