The No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes are riding high after their toughest win of the season. The Buckeyes are 11-0 on the season and jumped LSU for the top spot in the College Football Playoff rankings. But now, all the records and rankings go out the window, because Ohio State is facing No. 13 Michigan in Ann Arbor today.

Ohio State enters the game firing on all cylinders, with a Heisman contender on each side of the ball. Defensive end Chase Young already secured the single-season sack record for Ohio State with 16.5 on the season. On the other side, quarterback Justin Fields has thrown for 33 touchdowns and just a single pick all season. Meanwhile, running back J.K. Dobbins is within reach of Ohio State’s single-season rushing record, and is fourth in the NCAA in rushing yards with 1,446. In total, the Buckeyes have the top scoring offense in the country, totalling nearly 50 points per game.

However, Michigan is coming into the matchup as a formidable foe. This game looks to be the toughest road match Ohio State has faced this season, with the Wolverines boasting the No. 4 total defense in the nation (Ohio State happens to be No. 1, though, so…). Jim Harbaugh’s team is sitting at 9-2 on the season with losses to Wisconsin and Penn State. And ICYMI, Harbaugh is still seeking his first win against Ohio State.

The Buckeyes secured their spot in the Big Ten Championship already, and even a loss to Michigan (as terrible as that would be) would likely not preclude Ohio State from a top-four ranking in the CFP.

The Buckeyes are nine-point favorites over Michigan. Historically, Ohio State holds a 50-58-6 record over its Big Ten opponent. Now, Ohio State looks to wrap up a perfect regular season against its rival and head to the Big Ten Championship riding high.

When is the game and how can I watch?

Where is GameDay this weekend?

For the first time in the show’s history, the GameDay crew is heading to Minneapolis for the matchup between No. 8 Minnesota and No. 12 Wisconsin. The winner of the game will be the de facto winner of the Big Ten West, and will face Ohio State in the Big Ten Championship in Indianapolis next week. Also exciting, the game is for Paul Bunyan’s axe, which is one of the coolest trophy games in the Big Ten, which is saying something because there are a lot of trophy games in the Big Ten.

What’s the rest of the Big Ten up to today?

Minnesota/Wisconsin isn’t the only trophy game of the weekend. Alongside Ohio State in the noon spot, Northwestern heads to Illinois on FS1 in a battle for the Land of Lincoln Trophy, while Indiana travels to Purdue on ESPN2 for the Old Oaken Bucket. In the 3:30 p.m. spot, Rutgers heads to No. 10 Penn State on BTN and Maryland travels to Michigan State on FS1.
