Podcast: Ohio State softball, baseball, and men’s lacrosse look for big wins this weekend

This week on Outside the Shoe, we’ll focus on the softball, baseball and men’s lacrosse teams as they look to get huge victories this weekend.

Softball won against Michigan State 15-6 in East Lansing, Mich., on Friday night, and look to get their 28th win of the season on Saturday.

Baseball is taking place at Maryland this weekend—with a doubleheader happening on Saturday because of inclement weather on Friday. The Buckeyes’ baseball squad picked up two wins against Michigan last weekend, and then took down the Xavier Musketeers on Tuesday.

Men’s lacrosse comes off a thrilling victory against Johns Hopkins, and now faces No. 2 Maryland on Senior Day.

And finally, we’ll look over the career of men’s volleyball coach Pete Hanson, who guided the Buckeyes to three national titles over his 35-year tenure.
