Podcast: Breaking down Ohio State’s NFL prospects with The Draft Network’s Benjamin Solak

Solak thinks that because he only started one season at OSU, NFL teams will be wary of picking Haskins early.

NCAA Football: Ohio State at Texas Christian Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

On Land-Grant Holy Land In Conversation, we talk to people in and around Ohio State athletics — and the sporting world at large — to bring you a different insight and perspective to the teams, athletes, and university that you love.

Today, we are in conversation with Benjamin Solak, one of the gurus from The Draft Network. In our chat, we discuss all of Ohio State’s potential NFL Draft picks, how Solak thinks that their games will transfer to the next level, and where he thinks that they will end up being picked.

Solak says that Nick Bosa is undoubtedly one of the two best players in the draft, but thinks that Dwayne Haskins will fall to the third quarterback selected. He also sees a bright future for Parris Campbell after his phenomenal draft and combine process.

We also get into all of the other players who could be drafted or signed as undrafted free agents, including Dre’Mont Jones, Terry McLaurin, Kendall Sheffield, Johnnie Dixon, Mike Weber, Michael Jordan, and Isaiah Prince.
