Ohio State has officially offered the No. 3 ranked linebacker in the 2020 class, Jordan Botelho. According to 247sports, Botelho is currently ranked as the 106th best player in the 2020 class and the best player in the state of Hawaii. A rising senior at St Louis High School in Honolulu, Botelho will look to finish his high school career on a solid note, and enhance his current skill set before heading to college football.
Botelho announced his offer on his Twitter page, where he said he was “truly humbled and blessed” to receive the offer from Ryan Day and his staff.

Sitting as the third overall inside linebacker in the 2020 class, Botelho has racked up an impressive list of offers thus far. His other notable offers are Washington, Oregon, UCLA, California and Notre Dame. This is just another recruit that Day is attempting to pull from the West Coast and bring to Columbus.
Standing at 6-foot-3, 220 pounds, Botelho has a good combination of size and speed to excel at the next level. He can work to put on more size before becoming Big Ten ready, but the star potential is already there. He can play inside or out and has a knack for getting past lineman and getting to the quarterback.
Jordan Morant narrows down his list
Four-star Jordan Morant has officially narrowed down his college list to 10—and Ohio State made the cut.

In a creative Twitter post that highlighted each of the 10 school’s logos and mascots, Ohio State, Penn State, USC, Notre Dame, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Alabama, Texas A&M and Clemson all found out that they are one step closer to landing the Oradell, N.J., recruit.
Not a bad list to choose from for a high school junior.
The 2020 four-star safety is currently listed as the 43rd best recruit in the class, the second best in New Jersey and the top safety in the country. He has not yet set a timetable for a decision, but him narrowing down his list would imply he is close. He does mention that his recruitment is still open.
