Outside the Shoe is a podcast that focuses on sports outside of Ohio State football and basketball.
Time for another mini-podcast.
The baseball season is now over. The Vanderbilt Commodores, who hosted Ohio State in the Nashville regional, defeated the Michigan Wolverines in the College World Series to win the national championship in three games.
While the Wolverines didn’t win the title, the Big Ten was able to send five teams to the Baseball Championship. Meredith Hein and Geoff Hammersley review OSU’s season, one that featured MLB draft picks and All-Americans. Additionally, they’ll preview how the Big Ten can improve upon their success going forward.
