Today’s the day; Ohio State’s 2019 football camp begins at 9:30 a.m. ET, marking the official start of the 130th season of Ohio State Buckeyes’ football. Throughout August, we here at Land-Grant Holy Land will be bringing you coverage, analysis, columns, podcasts, and more to get you ready for kick-off on Aug. 31 against the Florida Atlantic Owls.
As the team gets back onto the field, they bring with them an inordinate amount of questions. Gone is the three-time National Championship winning coach. Gone is the most prolific passing quarterback in school and conference history. Gone are three game-changing wide receivers. Gone are two devastating defensive lineman.
In their place we have a first-time head coach; an almost entirely new defensive coaching staff; a quarterback who enrolled at OSU in January; and a ton of young talent chomping at the bit to get on the field and prove their worth.
As camp progresses, we will continue to learn more about this team, and we will be adding stories to this feed throughout the month. But, if you need more Buckeye breakdowns now, check out our Massive, Beautiful Spring Football Preview.
