NCAA Football: Big Ten Championship-Ohio State vs Wisconsin Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

George Eisner and Ben Goren are lifelong friends. George is an Ohio State grad, while Ben is a Northwestern alum. Every week, they will break down all of the upcoming Big Ten action while trying to make sure that their loyalties don’t color their judgement too badly.

On the first episode of Burning Down The Big Ten, George and Ben talk through their view of the conference heading into the 2019 season. Then, they (well, mostly George) go off on the excitement surrounding the changes for the Ohio State Buckeyes, and Ben explains what it’s like to be a fan of a team that will ride a Big Ten Championship appearance for the next two decades.

Show rundown:

  • Are the Big Ten’s divisions doomed?
  • Is Ohio State the clear front runner?
  • Who’s on the hottest seat: Jim Harbaugh or James Franklin?
  • Who’s the favorite in the West?
